We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who has a passion for people, selling and visual merchandising To be successful.

In this role, you must be motivated by driving sales and managing a team to deliver excellence.

You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise your stores performance.

Supporting and leading your team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering and reporting.

You will have:

 * Minimum two years' experience as a store manager

 * Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

* Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base

 * Confidence delivering first class customer service

 * An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others

* A huge passion for fashion - you already know and wear the latest trends.

* Strong leadership and management skills
